A Western Michigan University graduate, Erica Moss worked for five years as a journalist before transitioning to public relations and marketing. In her role at 2U, formerly 2tor, she marries her background as a storyteller with her passion for connecting people as the inbound marketing manager for [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected], which partner with 2U to offer innovative, online degree programs. Her greatest passion: fostering meaningful experiences between people and brands.
Moss’s professional experience includes roles at prominent Michigan publications, in which she covered everything from local events to technology to the economy. She also has developed social campaigns for clients like Wendy’s (Great Lakes Region) and Buffalo Wild Wings, helping to promote local stores and build brand awareness.
Moss has served as a guest lecturer at the university level in the fields of journalism and public relations, and when she’s not writing or tweeting, she enjoys hanging out with her husband, Matt, and English bulldog, Mona. She also adores hyperbole, pop culture, cured meats and Betty Who.
